Instructions
Prepare the lettuce by cutting the iceberg head into wedges. Rinse and dry the wedges thoroughly.
In a large salad bowl or platter, arrange the lettuce wedges.
Top each wedge with halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, and bacon bits.
Sprinkle thinly sliced red onion over the salad.
