Ingredients for Steak House Cole Slaw
1/2 Red cabbage, shredded
1/2 White cabbage, shredded
1 Cup Sharp white cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup Carrot slivers
1 Cup Spring onions, chopped
1 TBS Lemon juice
1/2 Cup Cole Slaw Dressing or to taste if you prefer more
1 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
Preparation Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded red and white cabbage.
Add the shredded sharp white cheese, carrot slivers, and chopped spring onions.
Drizzle with lemon juice and mix well.
Fold in the tangy aioli sauce until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

This coleslaw pairs well with grilled meats, sandwiches, or as a refreshing side dish for picnics and barbecues.
